The ideal candidate would possess:

·         Excellent networking and marketing skills

·         Experience introducing a new program/concept to the community

·         A passion for working with caregivers of older adults connecting them to resources in the community

·         Experience presenting to a variety of groups from small caregiver groups to corporate human resource department and employee assistance programs
