To promote the individual and collective professional development of health care case management services of the Kansas City chapter.

To be a leader in the global case management community and assist case managers in defining their role in responding to issues and opportunities of globalization.

Develop and strengthen coalitions with other professional organizations for the purpose of identifying mutually beneficial points of collaboration and advancing common goals related to the provision of case management services.

Founded in 1990, the Case Management Society of America is a membership organization that delivers professional assistance throughout the healthcare industry. Case managers help patients understand their health status as well as their future options. Case management facilitates connections with health care professionals and help to guide patients to get the most cost effective and most efficient healthcare outcomes possible.
